What to Expect

When you arrive, our team will provide a short health and safety briefing before welcoming you into our cosy puppy area. The space includes cushions, blankets, and stools for anyone who may find sitting on the floor difficult.
To keep the environment safe and hygienic, all visitors must remove coats and shoes before entering the puppy area. This helps protect the puppies and ensures a clean, comfortable space for everyone to enjoy.
Puppies may choose to sleep, play, or explore during your visit. We encourage natural behaviour and do not wake resting puppies.

If you wish to participate with your child in the pen, then you will need to buy a ticket for yourself during the same session.

After clicking the buttons, you can select "Vouchers" above the event list to purchase a gift card.

Sessions are held every weekend, with tickets released at various times throughout the month. If no tickets are currently visible, they haven’t been released yet. Please check our website or Instagram for the latest updates.
All tickets are non-refundable and non-transferable. No swaps are available.
If you arrive early, please wait outside to avoid disturbing the puppies’ rest time. If you are running late, let us know as soon as possible. Sessions cannot be extended.
