🐾🎅 Puppy Therapy with Father Christmas and His Elves!

Join us for a heartwarming holiday experience where the magic of Christmas meets the joy of puppy therapy!

Father Christmas and his elves will be on hand to greet guests, with plenty of cuddly puppies to enjoy.

Every child will receive a special gift from Father Christmas.

The elves will be there to help the little ones interact with the puppies and make sure everyone has a safe and memorable time.

✨ Suitable for all ages with lots of photo opportunities to capture the festive fun!

🎟️ Ticket Information

• Tickets are for children only – adults do not need a ticket.

• Each ticket is for one child.

• Each child will visit Father Christmas for 5 minutes, then enjoy 15 minutes of puppy play.

• Only 4 children per 5-minute time slot.

• If you have more than 4 children, please book two back-to-back times (for example, 12:00 and 12:05).

• Ages 1 and under are free to come along (they can’t go in the puppy pen, but there are plenty of lovely photo opportunities).

🕒 On the Day

• Please arrive entrance code through side gate — an elf will greet you and lead you into the magical grotto!

• Shoes will be removed inside.

• A quick health & safety chat and antibacterial hand wash before playtime.

• Children will enter the puppy pen for cuddles and playtime.

• Afterwards, they’ll head over to meet Father Christmas and receive their special gift.
